Each time we update a language pack successfully, we get a message telling us the opposite:
update_failed

Interesting, does this happen only with languages? Arastta core?

I've only seen it with languages, as I can recall, but possibly also on extensions.
Arastta Core is fine now, as far as I have seen.

Edit! Just did some tests, and also extension updates displays the error.
