Unable to access due to ISP (Xfinity)

I am having issues connecting to Aragon client for the Sarcophagus DAO. I am able to access it from a mobile device, a laptop tethered to a mobile provider, but when connected to my ISP (Xfinity) I get the following error. It's consistant as I have seen the same behavior from another household with Xifnity as well. Is there anything I can do to change/modify the configuration from my ISP to allow a connection to it.
