I wanted to express my excitement about the team's plans to release the training code for OpenFold-Multimer (press report here). It's really fantastic to see such progress!
I found that multimer inference is already available on the main branch in the v2.0 update, which is absolutely fantastic news. I couldn't find any details regarding multimer training.
I completely understand that these things take time, but I was wondering if there's a rough timeline for when we might expect this release? Just having a ballpark idea would be incredibly helpful.
Best Regards,
Jeff

Similarly, I'm also curious about the release timeline for the OpenFold-SoloSeq technical report. In the very same press report, it was mentioned that besides the training code, there will be a detailed evaluation of training dynamics and experiments to delve deeper into the model for protein energy estimation. I really enjoyed reading the OpenFold original paper and I'm pretty sure this new one will be just as enlightening.
