Based on the dandelion github installation guide (https://github.com/zktuong/dandelion),
This will load up a container that has all the required dependencies installed.
Actual behavior
What actually happend? Why was it incorrect?
FATAL: While getting image info: error decoding image: invalid ObjectId in JSON: "kt16/default/sc-dandelion:sha256.afdaf7ca5a9183a771ae3030542b6d57b846d5db8087c158e03ef0e2eb133c81"
I didn't install Singularity. One of my lab members had previously installed Singularity (version 3.2.0-1) and I was unable to upgrade the version of Singularity.
Could you let me know how to upgrade Singularity without removing the installed version or how to install dandelion using the current Singularity version (version 3.2.0-1)?
Thanks in advance.
Sincerely,
Seunghoon
