Audiogridder 1.2.0 in local mode / Ableton 11.3.21 / Mac Studio M2 Ultra OS Ventura 13.5

Hi - trying to run Audiogridder 1.2.0 in local mode in Ableton 11.3.21 on 2023 Mac Studio w/ M2 Ultra chip (running OS Ventura 13.5).

The VST2/VST3 versions of the AG plugin aren't visible in Ableton. The AU versions of the AG plugin appear but getting the following error when attempting to load in Ableton:

Installed Audiogridder 1.2.0 using the macOS 11.1+ (Apple/M1 chip) server installer and plugin installer.

Had no issue scanning plugins into AG - all VST2/VST3/AU plugins were scanned successfully except for a few that I'm not currently using:
