Description

Currently only IP addresses can be used in Blacklist and Whitelist Policies, adding DNS addresses will had useful power to these policy types.

Acceptance Criteria

Can filter an API consumer based on the DNS address of the consuming system.

Motivation

To enrich these policy types with broader flexibility.
