New Format : RSS feed

Hi there,

I was wondering if API-Platform can handle RSS feeds, and after some researches and discussions, I feel like it's quite doable.

As I would like to contribute to API-Plaftorm, I feel like adding a RSS resource formatter could be an interesting project.

What would be my starting point for this, beside writing tests? What would be, on a very large scope, my main steps/classes to create for this? A Normalizer and a Serializer? Help on this page?

Notes for myself:

• look at rss-atom-bundle and feed-io
• RSS 2.0 actual specifications
