What happened

Latest release of VSNetBeans 21.9.9 has size 261MB (VSIX). Compared to version 15.0.301 from 2022-10-14 which has only 194MB. Surprisingly I can see also 15.0.0 which has 255MB.
Anyway the size of VSIX to be downloaded and installed grown over time, not only by adding OCI but also some other things. We should try to identify what is in and if the size can be reduced. Nice goal would be to get it down under 200MB.
