Native build with Source files addon broken after addition of generated-resources into resource paths

Describe the bug

Native build fails when source files addon tries to walk path target/generated-resources, but it does not exist.

This is related to recently added apache/incubator-kie-issues#847

Expected behavior

It should skip walking the path.

Actual behavior

It tries to walk non-existent path.
