[Question]: how to create per-database admin in Fauxton?

I apologize for posting a question here if this is not the preferred place.

I am setting up a couchdb server but could not find a way to create an admin account that is only restricted to managing (updating) a single database. In Fauxton menu: "Your Account"/"User Management", I can only find a tab "Create Server Admin" (see sreenshot below) - and any admin account created from this tab seems to have the capability to create new databases, or modify all databases in the server.

I am wondering if there is a way to create per-database admin?
