2023 Amoro Community MVC

The Amoro community launched a contribution activity since Aug 10 to Nov 30.

The community will select two MVCs (Most Valuable Contributor) each month for those who find a major problem, submit feedback and fix it, or discover a valuable requirement and implement it.

Thank you very much to everyone who participated in the event for your enthusiastic participation and selflessness, your dedication and hard work is an important support to help Amoro keep moving forward.

September	@XBaith	XBaith from Cisco began to participate in the Amoro community contribution in November 2022, and has contributed 26 PR (Pull Request) so far. He independently contributed two important features, "support data expiration" and "support display details on Transaction pages" during the contribution activities in September. At the same time, XBaith, as an angel user of Amoro after open source, provided a lot of scenario feedback and optimization suggestions in the two scenarios of automatic optimization of Iceberg Format and cloud native deployment.
	@czy006	Individual developer czy006 began to contribute to the Amoro community in September 2023, and has contributed 9 PRs so far.He was deeply involved in the development of "Amoro and Kubernetes integration" during his contribution activities in September, and independently undertook the development of "Amoro Mixed Format Flink Connector supports Flink 1.16/1.17". At the same time, he also took the initiative to serve as Amoro's guest speaker at the 2023 Open Source Annual Conference (COSCon 2023) and shared the "Open Source Lake Warehouse Management System-Amoro".
October	@zhongqishang	Zhong Qishang from Qichacha began participating in the Amoro community contribution in November 2022 and has contributed 29 PR (Pull Requet) so far.In his contribution activities in October, he solved the problem that Optimizer may have too slow optimization or memory overflow when automatically optimizing tables with too many Iceberg equality delete files, which greatly improved the stability of Optimizer. He also optimised the display of the Optimizing page in the table details on the Dashboard, which makes it easier for users to view the details of Optimizing tasks.
	@huyuanfeng2018	Hu Yuanfeng from Huya has been participating in the Amoro community since July 2023 and has contributed 12 PRs (Pull Requet) so far.He supported the Tag&Branch presentation for Iceberg Table during the October contribution event. He participated in the development of Amoro metric function and provided metric information related to table Optimizing.
