Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe

Using Ctrl+Shift for shortcuts is pretty unusual. Personally I have custom Ctrl+Shift shortcuts because almost no apps use those, but it interferes with Keka.

Describe the solution you'd like

Would be nice to see Cmd used instead. Maybe Cmd+Alt for zip and xz.

Something else that could also be done is add them to the menu bar so that they'd be customizable

Most actions use that's why ⌃⇧ is used instead.

I can add an option to disable the shortcuts and in the future make the modifier keys customizable.

In that case ⇧⌘ or ⌥⌘ makes sense, like what Finder's Go menu uses

No need to add an option to disable them, at least for me the Keka shortcuts don't work in the first place. If you add a View menu in the menu bar for navigating to the formats, that's an easy way to let people customize the shortcuts via System Settings
