背景

在popup中有使用picker组件，这样点击picker会出现二次弹窗的问题。
但是在picker组件因为出现在popup的内容中，也即会出现在scroll-view中，导致picker弹窗的内容fixed布局只能以第一层的popup内容中的scroll-view定位，会出现样式错误

期望

picker、popup组件增加个如target类似属性，支持弹窗可以挂载在root上。
appx 2.8.3已经有root-protal组件，感觉可以使用兼容性添加下该属性，供使用者选择是否使用
