Spurious field on Question edit form if “Allow private posts” is off #505

If “Allow private posts” is turned off in settings then a spurious field called “AnsPress Input Field” shows on the Question edit form:

I was running into this issue as well. You can check PR #511 for a quick fix if you still need it.
