Starting Ansible Product Demos Sandbox doesn't always start, even after manually approving certificates.

First, can we get rid of the need to manually approve the certificates?

Second, when I first ran this demo, even after manually approving the certificates the demo environment would not start. Josh Disraeli was able to fix this for me but I don't know what he did to actually fix it.
