支持常用的条件自由组合，如：【作者】等于【xxx】或【标签】包含【aaa】
支持【非】逻辑，如：【标签】不包含【aaa】和【bbb】希望标签能有反选功能 #329
支持多次选择同一个筛选条件，如：【标签】包含【aaa】并且（【标签】不包含【bbb】或者标签包含【ccc】）

需要变更的部分：

资源列表的筛选交互
增加同一条件复用逻辑
搜索逻辑
调整已保存的快速搜索的数据结构和显示逻辑
