I thought I'd make a separate issue for those.

The new inclusion rules for straits and channels, discussed in #346 and added in #379 are ready to be put into application! 馃帀 As discussed previously, the limits to use for the maps are the ones defined by the IHO in its 2002 draft of Limit of Oceans and Seas.
