Add more seas with maps

The new inclusion rules for seas, discussed in #346 and added in #379 are ready to be put into application! 🎉 As discussed previously, the limits to use for the maps are the ones defined by the IHO in its 2002 draft of Limit of Oceans and Seas.

FWIW I have more-or-less ready maps for some of these already ("defined" here)), but I'll need to regenerate them (I think they were created by an old version of my script) and they'll need to be reviewed (whether they're panned correctly, whether the limits are correct etc.), ideally double-checked by both me and somebody else.
