If you collect a prompt from a web page, Orbit displays a link to that web page in the review sessions, labeled with its title.

But if Our World in Data were to use the mnemonic medium, it'd be pretty confusing to just see "Obesity" as the name of the page it came from. You'd probably want to see "Our World in Data: Obesity" rather than just "Obesity" as the context link.

We also collect the site name (if it's specified by the author), so let's display that in the link too.
