Are language package manager to hermes definition generators out of scope for the project or just not an urgent feature?

My reading of "Does Hermes replace my language package manager like npm,jpm,cargo,pip... ?" seems like it implies that it's unlikely Hermes will implement any sort of cabal2nix/insert_package_format equivalent but since it's not super explicit I thought I might as well ask!

I want to make some for sure. I just haven't had time yet to work on many myself. It's an open question about how these should work, though I have a few ideas.
