is there a prediction function?

This package offers a novel approach to feature selection with microbiome data. I'm curious to know if there is a predict function available within the package that would allow me to make predictions on new data. Could you kindly confirm if such a predict function is included? AUC was calculated in the paper to compare this method to other existing methods, so I assume there is a final model with the retained log ratios of features and a prediction function was used to calculate the AUC.
