Describe the improvement
The Amazon API returns CurrencyCode "CAD" in FulfillmentInbound InboundShipmentPlans > EstimatedBoxContentsFee > TotalFee > CurrencyCode. This value is missing in the documentation.

Description of what the documentation currently says
Documentation says CurrencyCode can only be "USD", and "GBP".

Description of what the documentation should say
Should also include "CAD" as an acceptable value, and any other currency times it might return.
