Consider redoing Allegiance Chain and Allegiance Tree views

The current Allegiance Chain graph on character pages shows the entire allegiance as a chain. I think it's also useful to show just the experience chain the character is involved in. Upsides are also that the result set is easier to compute so it should render faster. Downsides is that it's harder to cache as there are more possible trees to render.

Maybe start by asking some of the heavy users like Autumn's Dan about it.
