Routing Key Byte Maximum

Hello there,

RabbitMQ has a maximum byte size length for routing keys of 255 bytes. See this tutorial link to see the evidence of that.

The rust compiler doesn't show an error when the attached file is built, but crashes at runtime. It would be best if routing_key was checked at compile time for correctness.
