Environment

  • System (Intel/AMD/Raspberry Pi etc): Intel i9-9920x
  • OS version: Ubuntu 18.04
  • s-tui version: 1.02
  • Installation method(pip/PPA/source code): pip

Observed Results:

  • When I selected stress, it looks just burn one core but not all 12 cores.

s-tui is using either stress or stress-ng to do the stress testing, depends on what you have installed.
Please try running them separately (with s-tui only for monitorying) and see if you have similar behaviour.

Also, you can try playing with the <Stress Options> menu, where you can select the number of workers
