There is no sound at all in the audio or video!

Can you check if the "Sound" setting is turned off in the tab settings? (cog icon next to the name of tab)

this option is not relevant,

the audio and video option is completely missing in the settings, version 5.x.x is totally unusable you cannot activate audio and video notifications

Thanks for the help!
I found this setting.
Now the sound works well in both audio and video files.
Everything is fine!
