Anchored link problem

I have a problem,

I have links in my application of the type: www.example-link.com/#anchor

On firefox and Safari it does not work.
He redirects me directly to my first anchor.

Do you have any idea how to solve this?

I can't reproduce that on the demo page:

Please provide an isolated reproduction with no CSS or JS files external to fullPage.js and the minimum amount of HTML code. Use empty sections unless strictly necessary for the reproduction.
