I assume it searches http://giphy.com?

omg omg this is happening
@ranman : giphy takes a search query and returns related gifs. this feature would use the API to search for gifs via manyabot.

e.g.

rubinovitz: manyabot giphy me orange is the new black
manyabot: http://media3.giphy.com/media/y0xZ76nP8FqFi/200_s.gif
