Show pokemon locations in a map

Would it be possible to visualize all the information which is gathered about pokemon locations (map, nearby, sightings) in an external map?
Ideally we would like to import this information somewhere that we could filter with pokemon name/date/etc

I think it's possible, in fact there is already code written to do that. It's just not fully finished for the moment :)
