My rationale is available at 8go/matrix-commander#68 (comment). However, specifically to this repository, it provides somewhere to ask questions like #81 (comment) without converting issues into forum boards - the "off-topic" hide designation isn't a solution, whereas this is.

For instance, I want to ask how to search using RegEx for all usernames of .*@RokeJulianLockhart.AnonAddy.com like https://regex101.com/r/QLrfOs/1 demonstrates.
