valOutColumnNames is a misnomer
- TableConfigCompleter.py
- build_counter_collector_pair.py
They are not column names for values but for summaries.
- should be called summaryColumnNames or something.

summaryColumnNames is used in qtwirl: alphatwirl/qtwirl@ac4ac3b

it is now agg_name in qtwirl: alphatwirl/qtwirl@3c1925f
