Followed the home brew readme instructions, but this fails with make: *** No rule to make target `install'. Stop. marketstore-contrib/homebrew-marketstore#1
followed the docker install instructions, this works, but you can't connect to the database as you don't have the local marketstore command installed.

should be somewhat resolved with Document how to bind-mount a mkt.yml #321.
