install dark theme on Inkscape 0.91

in Linux = Open the file browser root then copy the file into its path

open terminal CTRL+ALT+T

sudo nautilus /etc/gtk-2.0/
copy file gtkrc to folder gtk-2.0

sudo nautilus /usr/share/ copy file icone.svg to folder icons

sudo nautilus /usr/share/themes/ opene folder Default copy file gtkrc to folder gtk-2.0-key

opene folder Emacs copy file gtkrc to folder gtk-2.0-key

opene folder themes copy folder MS-Windows to folder themes

opene folder Raleigh copy file gtkrc to folder gtk-2.0-key

in windows =extract file.rar double click on *.exe next and next ;)
