Changes proposed in this pull request:

Modified pubsub plugin to use pubsub-api.dev pubsub api
Changed pubsub plugin to accept multiple input for longer sub names

Description of user interaction with new changes:

Use fred pubsub to get a random pubsub
Use fred pubsub chicken tenders to get data about chicken tenders

Fixes #45

I have updated the readme to include the new command(s) (If necessary)
