According to aliyun's open api reference Elastic Compute Service/Developer Reference/API Reference/Images/ImportImage,
there should be a parameter BootMode in ecs image import api, but this parameter is not present in related terraform resource alicloud_image_import.

So, please add BootMode in alicloud_image_import resource
