ALY.PUSH 增加对 OpenAPI 2.0 的支持

官方文档 https://help.aliyun.com/document_detail/30074.html?spm=a2c4g.11186623.6.559.567352f9GdABRX 中已明确说明 OpenAPI 1.0 已经废弃，但是 nodejs SDK 仍然还是 1.0 的版本，希望增加对 OpenAPI 2.0 的支持。

说明：OpenAPI 1.0 已经废弃，新接入移动推送的用户建议直接使用OpenAPI 2.0，提供更加丰富的功能，已经接入OpenAPI 1.0的用户也建议更换到新版OpenAPI。

I certainly agree with @Willson1220. My colleagues and I now are encountering an issue with push notifications to App of Android 8.0+. Currently the parameter AndroidNotificaitonChannel is not included in NodeJS, and therefore push notifications won't pop up as expected. Hopefully OpenAPI 2.0 will be supported soon.
