1，可以将运维网关的配置类似productops前端配置抽成运维中台化服务（区分生产和测试配置域），并在swadmin 开发应用时按 页签展示
2，开发测试态配置外部服务接入网关后，实时刷入网关测试dev配置域，配合前端走通测试场景
3，部署后，刷入网关生产prod配置域，配合前端走通生产场景
