Dear,

I'am trying to setup Alf.io with Google Ads conversion tracking, but I am having some trouble with the configuration.
I have read the docs article about it on the website.
But it is quite outdated and the steps have changed a lot on the Google Ads platform.
Could you provide me with some more guidance on how to set it up?
I have done the following:

  • Setup the tag within Google Ads and Alf
  • Tried setting up the event url with the following: Event type: Page load, Match when: URL is, URL: "event/my-event/reservation/*/success" That didn't work unfortunately the payment event wasn't detected in Google Ads.
The docs stated the following success url "/event/my-event/reservation/[^/]+/success" but that wasn't allowed because only letters and numbers and some symbols were supported.

Thank you in advance.

Hi @StanMar-bit ,

are you able to see any navigation data on Google Ads?

The current implementation is not (or should not be) compatible with the latest Google Analytics versions.
We're working on it and hopefully we could release a working version during the next release cycle (M5)

Hi,
Thanks for your response.
No unfortunately, ah oke. I’ve now got it working with Cloudflare Zaraz.
Thanks!
