Problem Statement:
Sponsors frustrated when they cannot access and download leads promptly after they've been collected at an event. The current process involves waiting for event organizers to provide the lead data, which delays follow-up actions and potential lead conversions.

Proposed Solution:
I would like an enhancement to Alf.io that allows sponsors to log in to their own secure dashboard where they can download their lead data at any time. This self-service feature would empower sponsors to manage their leads efficiently and in a timely manner, without relying on event organizers.

Alternatives Considered:
An alternative solution would be to enhance the current system by adding an email field to sponsors' profiles and providing a feature within the BackOffice Scanning app that allows event organizers to directly email lead data to the sponsors at their request. This addition would provide a way for sponsors to receive their leads without needing to wait for a formal data handover process.

Additional Context:
Immediate access to lead data is crucial for sponsors to quickly follow up and convert leads into prospects or customers. The self-service feature should ensure data privacy and adhere to relevant data protection regulations. An intuitive user interface and experience on the sponsor dashboard will be necessary to encourage adoption of the feature.
