Most commercial ticketing platforms allow the users to spread the cost of purchasing their tickets over a number of instalments. This is different from the current subscription model as it would be a normal purchase of a single ticket, but charged over a number of months.

The process would work like this:

The Admin creates a ticket type and can select between "upfront payment" (which just works the way the system does currently) and "payment plan".
If payment plan is selected, the system allows you to set a deposit amount (which is up-front for the customer) and a number of additional payments say between 1 and 6 with an associated amount per payment.

On the customer side:

Customer purchases the "payment plan" ticket type and pays an upfront deposit + any mandatory additional item costs associated.
Each month thereafter (up to the configured number of payments) a payment is taken towards the ticket.
Once the payment plan is complete the ticket is issued as normal.

For some events I'm involved with, up to 30% of tickets are sold this way so this would be a very worthwhile addition.

I'm very happy to be involved in the process of refining this feature if someone is willing to take it on?

Thanks for reading!
