Our problem is that some users are unable to print their tickets at home or do not have smartphones to display digital tickets. We want to provide an alternative option to send tickets by mail while still retaining the ability to validate them using the "iOS Scan App."
Describe the solution you'd like.
We would like to request the ability to create a "badge" or printable ticket label that includes the user's name, ticket category, and ticket QR code. This badge can be printed and affixed to physical tickets, allowing users to have a physical ticket while retaining the convenience of using the "iOS Scan App" for validation.
