Good catch, the readme should have used Jeth::IpcClient.new and Jeth::HttpClient.new. Fixed in 8630e64.

The Jeth.create is simply a convenience method https://github.com/alexhanh/jeth/blob/master/lib/jeth.rb#L8. Closing.
