<X11/X.h> doesent exist? #11

when i run the command:

cd self-driving-truck && cd lib && gcc -shared -O3 -Wall -fPIC -lX11 -Wl,-soname,screenshot -o screenshot.so screenshot_c.c -lX11

it gives me an error that the <X11/X.h> library doesn't exist?

btw i did check that the xorg library is installed and it is, so i'm very confused
