Two Preview Images Opened when previewing on Mac OS #165

Mac (Ventura 13.0.1) Python 3.10
Gui preview (F5 on Mac) shows 2 instances of window; the images open in the same location (one covers the other) - I have moved them in the attached so you can see the evidence that there are two.
