Pygubu-designer failed to load after power outage. But works now.

Did pip uninstall and reinstall in current virtual environment.
Still did not load properly. (see attached pdf for details)
Created new virtual environment with fresh pip install
and it now works again.
Very happy with program.
I like the code it generates.
