[FEATURE] - New settings property for tag-list

Hey Alessandro,

thank you for the tag-support, its greatful and helps me to organize our many projects (100+ at this time).

Only one wish i had at the moment: Can you add a settings property to adjust the project-tag-list-view, they will be close all tags as standard when i opened the project manager? I use many tags, for every main project one own tag and a lot of sub-projects under this tag.

That would be the toping for us.

Do you mean the Tag nodes to be collapsed when you choose View as Tag?

If that's the case, sure, it could be a setting.
