Pass properties to process spawned by tools/consume

Hi,

just a feature proposal:

tools/consume would be much more useful if the spawned process would have access not just to the message payload, but to those information delivered by rabbitmq as the properties, like content-type, timestamp, headers for header-exchanges.

Maybe pass them as command line arguments or as environment variables?
