Dead Letter Queue Example

Dear all,

can someone please be so kind and create an example which uses a dead letter exchange and queue. Consumer and provider please. Im getting crazy with all of that table stuff. I guess others would benefit from that as well. I didnt find anything in the internet related to that topic in c++.
