Is there support for "Pull API" - pulling one message at the time - consumer. #728

I need that type of message processing in my case. POC I've done using c# client works just fine. But I would like to have the consumer implementation done in c/c++. so I'm looking for confirmation of my question first. And if by any chances someone has examples I would appreciate posting them here.
