Current responsive behavior is not mobile friendly #1

When you enter a smaller screen size, the sidebar slides to the left, and leaves the page. However, there are some issues with this current design

Its placeholder remains, and the body does not reflow over it
There is no replacement menu on the page. The user has no access to shortcuts for a certain guide
Translations menu reflows to a degree, but will eventually move outside the page's scope.
